This 30-minute 1:1 session explores current operations, where friction or unnecessary complexity is creeping in, and what could bring relief.

As the next step in the process, the Clarity Map is a two-week review of your workflows, tools, and communication bottlenecks. This phase is designed to uncover obstacles, redundancies, and manual processes that are costing your business time and revenue.
Through conversations with your team and an evaluation of how the business actually runs behind the scenes, we'll identify where we can streamline, connect, or automate operations. We’ll also identify any areas where editorial support might benefit your workflow.
You'll receive a phased roadmap outlining priorities, practical recommendations, and a clearer understanding of what to tackle first, and what can wait.

The Build: Dependent on Scope & Timeline
Pricing for your Build is outlined in your Clarity Map. If you choose to move forward, the cost of your Clarity Map is applied as a credit toward implementation.
I'll implement the agreed-upon improvements and priorities from your Clarity Map while providing training and process documentation for you and your team. The goal is for you to feel confident using your updated systems from day one.
